Tomm - Yup I did use a polarizer. Obviously it helped the sky a lot but it really made the color of the surface of the building pop as well. Definitely glad I had it in my bag that day...

Days and Clouds
THIS is serious! Very nice image! Huge contrast between that building (which looks beautiful.. those broken windows on the bottom and open windows on the top) and the sky (did you use a polarizer?).
