Nice shot. The colouring I guess is part of the post-precssing. The blur as well?

The place seems to ba an interesting one. One idea to get an even more surreal shot is to get there some time when there is more direct sunlight in through the windows. For instance take a look at Sam from Daily doce of imagery and his factory pictures to get an idea of what I mean.

The linked photoblog is fantastic...I had not seen that one yet.

It actually was pretty bright the day we were at that location, though maybe a different time of day would give different results. The plastic over the windows does interfere with the light coming in as well so I'm not sure whether you'd be able to get a shot like the linked one there. Give it a shot, though, I'd love to see the results!

Shooting in that room was VERY hard and getting any detail in the windows at all required taking two shots and blending. A few more afternoons and this one are both blends of two different exposures.

Delusion?

Something a little surreal for Friday. I'm not 100% on this one, but it's a direction I'd like to move in again, so I'm posting it. Comments are definitely welcome as always.
